Yet conflict finds all of us.
Families face difficult transitions. Relationships change. Misunderstandings grow. Important decisions need to be made. People who care about each other sometimes find themselves unable to communicate effectively.
Price Mediation was created to help people navigate these moments with greater understanding, better information, and a focus on moving forward.
We believe conflict does not have to define a relationship, and disagreement does not have to become division.

Mediation creates an opportunity to slow down, ask questions, exchange information, and explore solutions before positions harden and conflict escalates.

That's why we believe mediation should be considered before more adversarial approaches whenever appropriate.
Meet Kathryn Price
Founder, Mediator, Educator, and Advocate
Kathryn Price has spent more than 15 years helping individuals and families navigate conflict, difficult conversations, and life transitions.
Her work spans mediation, conflict resolution, family law support, community education, and access to justice initiatives.
Kathryn holds a Master of Science degree in Conflict and Dispute Resolution from the University of Oregon School of Law and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Social Work degree at the University of Southern California, where her work focuses on systems change and expanding access to justice.
She is also the founder of the Community Legal Resource Center (CLRC), a Price Mediation initiative dedicated to helping people access legal information, community resources, and educational programs.
